CubicSec provides cutting-edge automated vulnerability assessment tools, cloud registry scanning services, baseline system hardening checks, and Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) generation frameworks. All security reports are generated on an "as-available" basis based on open source package feeds.

All platform interface designs, trademark titles, brand identifiers, static code files, and scanner algorithms are the sole proprietary assets of Softsasi Defense Systems. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to scan authorized workspaces and access reporting boards.

By initializing scans, you represent that you possess legal ownership or explicit authorization over the targeted network boundaries, container registries, and application codebases. Scanning unauthorized external servers constitutes a direct breach of this protocol.

• Systematically scraping scan profiles or scanning directories without explicit written consent.
• Circumventing or attempting to bypass account authentication barriers or pipeline build gates.
• Using automated scripts to inject malicious exploit packages into the file analysis engine.
• Utilizing CubicSec services for competitive benchmarks or corporate espionage.

CUBICSEC SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SECURITY SYSTEMS ARE INHERENTLY DYNAMIC AND NO PLATFORM CAN GURANTEE 100% PROTECTION AGAINST ALL EMERGIN THREATS. SOFTSASI DISCLAIMS ALL DIRECT OR INDIRECT LIABILITIES FOR SYSTEM DISRUPTIONS.

These legal terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Bangladesh. Any claims, legal disputes, or arbitration proceedings will be settled solely within the designated courts of Bangladesh.
